The experimental winery of VITEC allows to evaluate, on a pilot scale and through microvinifications of 30 to 100 liters, new processes, products and oenological technologies.
VITEC has its own microvinification system in which the same oenological practices are applied as in a conventional winery, with the aim of guaranteeing the sensory quality of the wines.
This pilot-scale elaboration allows to obtain preliminary results, without compromising the production or the economy of the wineries and the auxiliary industry. In this way, it is intended to facilitate and promote innovation, continuous improvement and excellence in production.
In addition, VITEC has aging systems, accelerated aging and elaboration of sparkling and generous wines, perfectly adapted for this pilot-scale elaboration.
