VITEC develops research with the objective of transferring knowledge and innovation in wine and viticulture sectors. Our center offers analytical support at all the stages of wine and grape production (through analytical packages and / or analysis on demand),   technical advice and assistance, as well as sensory analysis and experimental cellar services, which allow the assessment of new processes and products at a pilot-scale.
